Welcome to Marvel Holidays. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our tour and travel services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Policy

Advance bookings are recommended: 7 days minimum for domestic tours and 30 days for international travel packages including Hajj and Umrah. Booking confirmation requires 30% advance payment of the total package cost. Balance payment is due 7 days before departure or as per package terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 25% Cancellation Fee: 30+ days before departure
• 50% Cancellation Fee: Between 30-15 days before departure
• 75% Cancellation Fee: Between 15-7 days before departure
• 100% Cancellation Fee: Less than 7 days before departure or no-show

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp. Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable.

3. Package Inclusions

Standard tour packages include accommodation, transportation, guided tours, and specified meals as per itinerary. International packages include visa processing assistance, flight bookings, and travel insurance. Additional services and upgrades available on request.

4. Additional Charges

Monument entry fees, personal expenses, tips, additional meals, optional activities, and travel insurance (for domestic tours) are excluded from base package. Visa fees, flight fare variations, and currency fluctuations may apply for international packages.

5. Payment Terms

Final payment due 7 days before departure. Accepted methods: Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and Bank Transfers. GST applicable as per government regulations. Payments non-refundable except for service failures or cancellations as per policy.

6. Travel Standards

All accommodations and transportation meet quality standards. In case of unavailability, we provide alternatives of equal or superior category at no additional charge. We're not liable for delays due to weather, political situations, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Guide & Staff Standards

All tour guides are experienced, licensed, and trained professionals. They adhere to professional conduct and provide quality service. Smoking and alcohol consumption in shared spaces may be restricted. Staff may terminate services for passenger misconduct or term violations.

8. Traveler Obligations

• Provide accurate travel documents and information
• Arrive at meeting points 30 minutes before scheduled time
• Maintain respectful conduct towards guides, staff, and fellow travelers
• Carry valid ID proof and travel documents at all times
• Follow local laws, customs, and tour regulations
• Immediately report any tour-related concerns

9. Insurance & Liability

Travel insurance recommended for all tours and mandatory for international packages. Third-party liability covered as per policy terms. We're not responsible for personal belongings, valuables, or travel documents. Travelers advised to secure belongings at all times.

10. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, flight cancellations, visa rejections, or unforeseen circumstances. We'll make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives. Refunds subject to recovery from service providers.

11. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes communicated via website or direct notification. Continued service use indicates acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
